I sometimes think about what it would be like to meet & learn about the unique personal life of one of my ancestors – not from 1800’s, but perhaps from 5,000 or 10K or 50K years ago. So much of our lives’ daily details are recorded now, and all of theirs have disappeared totally.

Got very lengthy, useful manuscript critique from Rev #3. After 12 page rebuttal, they say Accept. Done. But then journal says their chosen referee is also editing special issue for them = conflict (?!) & they now search for new ref starting from 0! Maybe do COI check first?!? 🤯
